How do I return an item?
For items purchased at a deal site and being redeemed at RedeemYourVouchers.com, the shipping terms will be clearly stated within the terms of the deal at the time of your voucher purchase. This will likely also be located on your voucher purchase confirmation.
While we strive to be well within the stated shipping expectations, please note that delays are possible due to high volume/demand for heavily discounted items. Any compensation offered as a result of a delay is at the sole discretion of 2114533 Ontario Inc. and is not mandatory/required.
All other items are shipped within 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the terms outlined during your purchase for updated, product-specific turnaround expectations prior to your order.
We ship to Continental US and Canada destinations. Excluded states and provinces include: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territory, Nunavut.
American shipments are sent via UPS or USPS, depending on zip code and product. All Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We will gladly help facilitate a merchandise refund for your order within 10 days of receipt. The following conditions must be met:
- Return Authorization must first be granted in writing for the product in question (please do not just ship the item back to us, as this does not guarantee a refund).
- The product must be returned to our facility unused and in original packaging. Please note that, for all products in sealed packaging (plastic or otherwise), a broken seal equates to a used product and thus is not eligible for a refund.
- The return shipment is to be pre-paid. C.O.D. return delivery will not be accepted.
2114533 Ontario Inc. reserves the right to inspect and evaluate return shipments for visible signs of use. Returned products failing to meet the requirements outlined above will not be eligible for a refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable in cases where the product ordered was shipped to the address provided.
If you purchased from a deal site, we will contact the deal site on your behalf to initiate refund proceedings. A refund will only be granted once the products arrive at our facility in the condition outlined above.
REPLACEMENT AND WARRANTY
Generally, defective or broken merchandise can be exchanged for a new product within a specified period of time. As outlined above, please refer to the website of the product in question for details.
